“Owner,” “we,” “us,” “our” means the owner and operator of this website and all related services and products, collectively known by the names “BwE,” “Better Way Electronics,” or “BwE_Dev.”
“Service,” “Software,” “Product,” “Account” means the browser‑based SaaS application, web tools, sessions, and associated functionality offered at https://webtools.bwe.dev.
“User,” “you,” “your” means anyone who accesses, uses, registers for, or purchases access to the Service.
“Session” means a time‑limited, browser‑hosted instance of the Software in which you may upload or create files.
“Website” means the domain where these Terms are posted, including all subdomains and associated web pages.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Service.

The Service delivers virtualized, browser‑based software sessions. All processing and storage happen on our servers; nothing installs locally.
You may upload your own files to a Session; these files are stored only for the duration specified in Section 7.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.
You agree not to share your access, nor use the Service in any manner that violates intellectual property laws or these Terms.

All fees paid for access to the Service are final and non‑refundable.
We may, at our sole discretion, issue a credit or refund in extraordinary circumstances, but are under no obligation to do so.

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without any warranty of uptime, performance, merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non‑infringement.
We make no guarantees regarding response times, feature availability, or compatibility with any browser or device.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time, without notice, for maintenance or if you breach these Terms.

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via website notice.
Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Files you upload or generate during a Session are retained for 24 hours from creation, then permanently deleted.
We collect minimal usage and diagnostic data (e.g. session logs, browser metadata) to operate and improve the Service.
All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy; we do not share it with third parties.

Access fees are charged in advance and recur only if you sign up for a subscription plan.
Failed payments may result in suspension of your Account without refund.

Basic support is provided at our discretion; we do not guarantee any support response times or issue resolution.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on support.

All Software, content, and branding remain our exclusive property.
You receive only a limited, revocable license to use the Service as permitted by these Terms; no ownership rights are transferred.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, and without refund.
On termination, all your Sessions and uploaded data are deleted and cannot be recovered.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms remains in effect.
